After attending MDRT annual meeting in Toronto, Canada. I am inspired to achieve TOT of "Top of the Table" in less than 6 months.

This is about having a big, deep and very stretch goal in life. Mr. Les Brown shared that: "Most of us fail in life not because we set high goal but because we set small goal and hit it". I know life can be very short and i won't know what is going to happen tomorrow. With this thought, I am now committed to achieve the TOT which is 6 times higher than MDRT target. This is more than all the life insurance and investment cases i have submitted over last 7 years.

This might sound ridiculos and honestly, I don't have the proven strategy to achieve it. The only thing i know is that i need to make big changes within me to meet this goal. While flying back from Toronto to Singapore, I saw an email from a friend. She wanted to shave her hair for a charity foundation to raise fund. The project name is "hair for hope" and I thought this will be a meaning significant to remind me of my goal. I also hope to take this opportunity to request you to donate to the charity.

Thank you for believing in me all this while and i hope you can continue this... i definitely need help from you and I want to assure you that I won't take any help given for granted. See you and do remind me when you see my bald head

Worthy cause

Money is not about everything in life...we still need money to buy most of the things in life. Coming from a poor childhood, i truly understand these 2 words: "hunger" and "helpless". I aim to speak for the unspoken widows and children, to help the family person set up a crisis management program to ensure there is food on the table, money for schooling and the widows are allow to spend time nurturing their children.

I aim to help the "To-be-retired" people to set up plans as early as possible to secure their financial so that they can retire with grace and dignity...to avoid having to "steal, beg or borrow" for their retirement.

I aim to help those business owners to plan ahead for contingency and to ensure their business are going to the right management.

I aim to groom a highly effective and productive selected financial professionals so that this will make a much bigger different to people.
